Mitali Vyas

At Keller Postman, Mitali works on both Mass Tort and Mass Arbitration matters. Currently, Mitali is working to advance client claims stemming from toxic exposure to water at Camp Lejeune, as well as claims related to injuries caused by 3M Combat Arms earplugs. She works closely with clients to guide them through the discovery process, prepare them for litigation, and ensure that each client feels heard and supported.

Prior to joining Keller Postman, Mitali worked at NYSE Chicago (formerly The Chicago Stock Exchange) as Supervisor of the Market Regulation Department of Surveillance, where she monitored equity trading on the exchange and ensured compliance with CHX and SEC trading rules and regulations.

Mitali is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law, where she served as Co-Chair of the Lambda Legal Student Association and the South Asian Law Student Association. She was also a member of the Stetson Law Review and participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She was the First Place Winner of the Carlton Fields Appellate Advocacy Competition, and a recipient of the Suzanne Armstrong Memorial Award and the Carol R. Samuels Unsung Hero Student Leadership Award. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan where she studied psychology.
