Nicole is an Associate at Keller Lenkner LLC. She brings to the firm a unique background, with broad legal experience and an analytical approach to the practice of law.
Before joining Keller Lenkner, Nicole worked in litigation finance, first as an analyst at Gerchen Keller Capital and then, after its acquisition, as Vice President at Burford Capital. Nicole analyzed legal and regulatory issues to make investment decisions, gaining significant insight into a wide variety of practice areas and types of legal claims.
Before joining GKC, Nicole was an associate at Jenner & Block LLP, where she represented clients at the trial and appellate levels in complex state and federal litigation, as well as in connection with internal and regulatory investigations. Prior to law school, Nicole was a senior options trader at Peak6 Investments.
Nicole served as a law clerk to Judge Jay Bybee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She earned her law degree from the University of Illinois, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Illinois Law Review and graduated summa cum laude. Nicole earned a master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago, and her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
