Keller Lenkner proudly represents Staff Sgt. Butler and more than 9,000 other military servicemembers who used 3M’s earplugs. More than 200,000 claimants in the 3M Combat Arms Earplug Product Liability Litigation MDL allege that they suffer from hearing injuries caused by 3M’s product.
In addition to working on behalf of our clients in this matter, Keller Lenkner Partner Nicole Berg serves on the plaintiffs’ leadership team. Nicole and all of us at Keller Lenkner continue to work diligently to secure recoveries for our servicemember clients and hold 3M accountable.
